A 3 layer boutique bow has one minor difference from the 4 layer boutique bow and thats the layers. This is slightly smaller than the 4 layer bow. With this style there are two bows and one layer of spikes. It looks very boutique but a scaled down version. This can have an alligator clip or a barette style clip.
